Hi all, Some Pango lineages have a lot of subtypes, e.g. BA.2. Now I hard code all the different subtypes in the subsampling scheme of the build file, but is it possible to use wildcards like pango_lineage: "['BA.2*']" ? Thanks!

Adding it inline here for convenience [image] Wildcard in subsampling scheme General --query uses Pandas’ expression syntax, so I believe you can do this: --query '(pango_lineage.str.startswith("AY."))'
