First of all, thank you very much for developing and maintaining Nextstrain and Nextclade. These tools are extremely useful for our research, and we really appreciate the work that goes into making them available to the community.
The ToBRFV reference dataset in Nextclade appears to be unavailable. I was able to use it earlier last week, but it is no longer listed among the available ref datasets.

Thank you for your kind words. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a record of any official Nextstrain ToBRFV dataset.
Perhaps you were looking at the community build at https://nextstrain.org/community/NPPO-NL/nextstrain-ToBRFV/20250804? Note this is a community dataset that is maintained by an external group so the Nextstrain team does not have any control over it. Please reach out to them if there was a previous dataset that is no longer available.
