Hi,
I’m new to nextstrain. I have my own data. Freshly sequenced samples, assembled and mapped to generate consensus on my local drive. Can this be used in nextstrain , if so how do I prepare such data with the accompanying metadata for use with the nCoV workflow?
Thanks

Hey @Mfrimpong – we’ve been rewriting our docs to better support this but they’re not fully released. [Here’s](https://nextstrain--894.org.readthedocs.build/projects/ncov/en/894/reference/data-prep/local-data.html) the latest (in-progress) version which should help you out here. Let us know if you run into any stumbling blocks as that would be useful for us to know so we can improve things 😃

best,
james
