Dear Nextstrain team, I have performed the analysis with SARS-CoV-2 and it went very well. I would like to do something similar with the RSV A and RSV B sequences. Could I receive support to do this analysis with sequences from my country? Step by step I am exploring the use of this tool for other respiratory viruses, especially RSV, especially where should I locate myself in my WSL (ubuntu within windows) in covid there is the / ncov folder where my . yaml file and the data file are, where do I have the metadata and the sequences in fasta? Please could you guide me step by step?

Thank you very much!
