Hello,

we would like to ask for a help how to open results.json file (generated with --output-json option) from nextclade CLI ([@nextstrain/nextclade - npm](https://www.npmjs.com/package/@nextstrain/nextclade)) in nextclade web application?

We would like to use Quality Control and Mutation calling view as it is in nextclade web application, just by using results.json computed by nextclade CLI calculation. The reason for this is that we would like to investigate 1000 samples in the same time, which needs lots of time to compute by Nextclade web application.

Thank you,
Barbara Jenko Bizjan
