# How to get dropped sequence back to build phylogeny

Hello,  
I am using nextstrain for a sequences. But some sequences got dropped and I want all the sequences in my phylogeny.

How to do that.  
please help me with this

This is probably due to the `filtering` step in the pipeline. Can you post your code eg the snakefile?
