# Error message upon running analysis

Good day,

Upon execution of the command  
“ncov$ snakemake --profile \<location of build, config, fasta and tsv files\>-p”

I am met with the following lines of error:

Traceback (most recent call last):  
File “scripts/diagnostic.py”, line 38, in   
recent\_sequences = metadata.date\_submitted.apply(lambda x: datestr\_to\_ordinal(x)\>recency\_cutoff)  
File “/home/artic/miniconda3/envs/nextstrain/lib/python3.8/site-packages/pandas/core/generic.py”, line 5465, in **getattr**  
return object. **getattribute** (self, name)  
AttributeError: ‘DataFrame’ object has no attribute ‘date\_submitted’
